The German Eagle is the latest in F3B sailplane design developed at the world level specifically for F3B competition. Designed by Gunther Aichholzer of Austria, it is an awesome CNC molded full carbon offering from Europe.  The model is outstanding in speed, distance, and duration, and offers the competition pilot the leading edge and competitive advantage. For the recreational pilot, it offers just plain FUN!!! (go fast, go far, stay up long). Full carbon UMS carbon spar, nice moments, great handling, and aesthetic design!

This is not a Dynamic Soaring video but it's interesting all the same. Watch onboard video
from an F3F event at the Slot in Northern California .. pilot Mark Triebes.
